Mark Franco

Mark Franco has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mark has held positions such as President and CEO at MXD Process, where they oversaw the manufacturing and supply of industrial process equipment. Mark also served as the Managing Partner at Soterra Capital, a group of business owners and investors. Prior to that, they were the Principal at Franconia Enterprises and President at Unified Manufacturing and Design, LLC. Mark has also owned Integrity Cleaning, a cleaning service in Kentucky, and worked as a Garrett Fellow in Christian Ethics at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark has held leadership roles at mPower, Inc, Chrysalis Technology Group, Inc, Indco Inc, and Dana Corporation, gaining experience in executive management, venture capital, and process engineering.

Mark Franco holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Christian Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where they studied from 2003 to 2011. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999.
