Brian Townley's work experience includes:

1. Business Development Associate at MxD (2021-present):

- Leads the full sales cycle for small-to-medium sized enterprises, Academic Institutions, and Non-profit Partnerships.

- Leads MxD's relationships across the MEP Network.

- Supports business development activities with larger global companies.

2. Co-Founder at CareCrate (2019-2020):

- Worked with a small group of peers to develop a business idea and build it from the ground up.

- Appointed CEO of CareCrate.

- Worked to create the business and pitch to a group of mock investors.

3. Student Consultant at Chicago Public Library (2020):

- Met directly with CPL Leaders to develop a focus and actionable plan for a project.

- Interviewed CPL employees and leaders from other large public organizations.

- Analyzed data alongside a small group of peers and created insightful recommendations and strategies in a final deliverable to CPL leaders.

- Led a hiring project for O'Hare Airport in a project management capacity working on both the client and customer sides of operations.
