Florencia Basilio

Florencia Basilio has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Florencia began their career as a Junior Marketing Coordinator for AIESEC in Neuquén, Argentina. Florencia then moved on to become a Junior Project Coordinator for AIESEC in La Plata, Argentina. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for the Subsecretaría de Turismo y Cultura. In 2020, they took on the role of Project Manager for My Business Matches, Inc. and People Operations Manager for Campus Moragete. In their roles, they have been responsible for coordinating and coaching native English teachers, managing recruitment processes, tracking schedules and materials, and creating and managing long-term goals. Florencia has also been involved in planning and implementing online and offline marketing strategies, connecting with NGO's and institutions, and managing sponsors for events.

Florencia Basilio completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21' in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Nacional de La Plata from 2011 to 2014, obtaining the first two years of the initial cicle in Business/Managerial Economics. Additionally, they hold an EF SET English Certificate 75/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test.
