Mary West

Mary West is an experienced professional specializing in functional assessments and special education. Currently serving as a Functional Screen Specialist at My Choice Wisconsin since August 2022, Mary conducts functional assessments in members' homes using the Wisconsin LTCFS. Previously, Mary held multiple roles within the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin from March 2016 to July 2022, including Senior Program Manager and Adult Services Manager. Additional experience includes positions as a Substitute Teacher at Wauwatosa School District and as a Special Education Teacher at Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin and West Bend School District. Mary holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a focus on Exceptional Education.
