Lydia Straszim

Lydia Straszim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and customer management, currently serving as Head of Client Success at My Emissions since March 2022, following roles as Client Success Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Darktrace as Customer Success Manager and Strategic Account Lead for EMEA, and at IBM as an Inside Sales Representative for the DACH region. Additional roles at School Space and Future Foundations Training Ltd contributed to a well-rounded background in customer operations, business development, and education. Lydia holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford and an IB Diploma from Franconian International School.
