Muhammad Assani, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources Manager at Stanton Optical since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing payroll for over 150 employees and implementing an automated HRIS system that significantly improved efficiency. Prior to this role, Muhammad served as a Loan Officer and achieved multiple promotions at Platinum Federal Credit Union, enhancing loan approval rates through financial analysis and property evaluations.
