Arianna Nickol

Arianna Nickol is an accomplished Program Manager of Psych Triage at MHMR of Tarrant County since June 2016, overseeing mental health crisis programs and ensuring compliance with legal and healthcare standards while leading a team of over twenty staff members. With extensive experience in childcare, customer service, and emergency healthcare, Arianna has developed a diverse skill set through roles at Care.com, Crossroads Youth and Family Services, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Mercy Health, Sports Academy, and Tom Thumb Stores. Academically, Arianna holds a PhD in Forensic Psychology from Walden University, a Master’s degree in Human Services and Family Services from Kaplan University, and a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
