Micah Baumstein

Micah Baumstein has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Micah started their career in 2006 as a Kitchen Manager at Ted's Montana Grill, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined Innovative Hospitality Concepts as a Corporate Executive Chef and worked there until 2014. Micah then moved to BurgerFi, where they served as a General Manager from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, Baumstein has been associated with Mi Apa Latin Cafe, initially as the Director of Operations and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Micah Baumstein's education history includes attending Full Sail University from 2001 to 2002, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, Micah attended Louisiana State University, where they pursued studies in Music Performance, but did not earn a degree. Additionally, from 1993 to 1995, Micah attended Southern University and A&M College - Baton Rouge, where they earned a degree in Music Performance with a field of study in Art/Art Studies, General.
