Melanie Wold

Melanie Wold has a diverse background in customer service and account management, currently serving as an Employee Benefit Representative at Benefit Plan Administrators of Eau Claire, Inc. since June 2016. In addition, Melanie has worked as a Client Support Specialist with My Receptionist since June 2012, where responsibilities include managing accounts, assisting clients, and facilitating new client orientation. Previously, Melanie held roles as a Happiness Coordinator, focused on enhancing office culture and team-building activities, and as a Receptionist, managing calls and scheduling appointments. Earlier experience as a Sales Associate at Inside Scoop involved maintaining store operations and assisting customers. Melanie holds education from Chippewa Valley Technical College and Altoona High School.
