Phil Besim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy, Commercial & Performance at Jetstar Airways since November 2007. This role encompasses leadership over the commercial and strategic portfolio for Jetstar's 42 airports, as well as oversight of ground handling, workforce planning, and airport performance.
