Scott Barton

Scott Barton is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in leading software migration and development projects. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at myairops since January 2021, Scott oversees the transition of a legacy software platform to a cloud-based solution, implementing features such as RESTful APIs and modernizing the architecture. Previously, at OpenBlend, from July 2018 to December 2020, Scott contributed to both maintaining the existing product and enhancing its functionality through technology upgrades. Prior experience includes a Software Developer role at Computers In Personnel where Scott worked on modernizing legacy systems and a self-employed web development position focusing on local business websites. Education was completed at The Westgate School in Slough from 2005 to 2011.
