Kristin Lynem, MBA

Kristin Lynem, MBA began their work experience in 2014 at Facility Source as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled inbound phone calls and generated work orders for maintenance issues. In 2015, they moved on to Grange Insurance, initially working as a Medical Payment Claims Adjuster, before transitioning to the role of Personal Lines Underwriter, where they managed and re-underwrote existing insurance policies. In 2019, they became a Sales Support Project Assistant at Grange Insurance, providing functional and project support to the sales team and serving as a point of contact for agency benefit guidelines and marketing resources. In 2022, Kristin joined Alloy Women's Health as a Marketing Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Marketing Project Manager.

Kristin Lynem, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mount Vernon Nazarene University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion (Exercise Science) from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Kristin Lynem has also obtained various certifications in project management. Kristin completed the "Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World" course from Coursera | Google in February 2022. Kristin also completed the "Google Project Management: Specialization," "Agile Project Management," "Project Execution: Running the Project," "Project Planning: Putting It All Together," "Foundations of Project Management," and "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" courses from Coursera | Google between October 2021 and February 2022.
