Stacy Celestin is an experienced professional with a background in Human Resources and Operations. Stacy began their career in 2008 as a Senior Project Manager and Technical Writer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2010, they moved to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as a Lead HR Specialist and Senior Advisor. In 2013, they joined the U.S. Department of the Navy as Deputy Human Capital Officer. In 2016, they were appointed Acting Deputy Director of the Foreign Service Division at USAID. In 2017, they became Chief of Staff at USCIS. In 2019, they were appointed Director of Human Resources at the Inner City Law Center. Most recently, in 2020, they became Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of myBalbo, where they are a member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for the efficiency of business.
Stacy Celestin attained a Bachelor's degree in Global Affairs with a Concentration in International Development from George Mason University. Stacy then went on to earn a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution. Lastly, they completed a Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard Extension School.
