Kearndra Hart

KeArndra Hart, MBA, currently serves as a member of the Winter 2024 Cohort at Change Collective, starting in January 2024. Since January 2020, KeArndra has held various roles at Canopy Children's Solutions, progressing from Development Specialist and Volunteer Coordinator to Culture and Engagement Manager and serving as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Coordinator. Prior to this, KeArndra was a Service and Engagement Team Lead at Target from April 2019 to January 2020, and worked in both visual merchandising and as a team member at Target from February 2018 to January 2019. KeArndra's career began at DICK'S Sporting Goods, where an Apparel Sales Lead position was held from January 2012 to February 2018. KeArndra’s academic credentials include a Doctorate in Leadership from Capella University, expected in 2024, an MBA in Marketing from Capella University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Southern Mississippi, earned in 2007.
