Jon Thomas has a strong background in hospitality and patient experience management, with extensive experience in financial and operational management at various healthcare organizations. With a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Sheffield Hallam University, Jon has held key leadership roles at companies such as MyCare Medical Group, MBK Healthcare, St Vincent's Health Australia, UnitingCare Health, and Queensland Health. Prior to their healthcare roles, Jon also served as a Hotel Operations Manager at Marriott International.
