Claus Diers

Claus Diers is the CEO of myConsult OHG, a company focusing on motivating individuals and departments. Prior to that, Claus was the CEO of Dicon, a consultancy specializing in change management and motivation recognition. Claus also owned Diers Sprach- und Nachhilfeschulen, an institute with multiple locations in North Germany. Claus started their career as an apprentice at Siemens and later incorporated their industrial background into their consultancy work.
