Fredrik Kjellgren

Fredrik Kjellgren has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Fredrik has worked at Mycronic since 2018, starting as a Senior HR Business Partner before moving up to become the Head of HR Sweden & Division PG in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR PG Division. Before joining Mycronic, Fredrik worked as an HR Manager at Cygate from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Relocation Consultant Global Mobility at Human Entrance, Guest Host at SkiStar AB, and HR Business Partner at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset. Fredrik also worked as an HR Generalist at Bayer HealthCare, HR Consultant at ManpowerGroup, and in Search & Recruitment - IT at Network2Academia. Fredrik started their career as a Members & Front Desk Manager at Österåkers GK, where they worked for five years from 2002 to 2007.

Fredrik Kjellgren completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Stockholm University from 2007 to 2009. Fredrik also briefly studied Sociology and Anthropology at La Trobe University in 2004.
