Andrew Hesketh has work experience as a Systems Interface Analyst and ITIL System Service Desk Analyst at MyCSP Ltd, starting in November 2016. In this role, they worked in a small team to resolve incidents, problems, service requests, and data issues in a Pensions Administration Company responsible for the Civil Service Pension Scheme.
