Kaif Hussain has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2009, they worked as a Kiosk Retail Assistant at Manchester United, where they sold and up-sold products while providing excellent customer service. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Manual Data Operative at Royal Mail, responsible for accurate and speedy data entry. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Barclays, first as a Mortgage Debt Collection Agent, negotiating repayment plans and resolving queries, and then as a Senior Remediation Agent, ensuring correct charges on loan products. From 2016 to 2019, they were employed at The Claims Guys as a Claims Processor (Team Senior), helping customers claim compensation for mis-sold financial products. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at ME Group Holdings Ltd as a Legal Assessor, assisting in dispute resolution and ensuring valid claims. Currently, they are employed at MyCSP Ltd as a Pensions Administrator.
Kaif Hussain began their education at Manchester Academy from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained GCSEs in various subjects including Business Studies, English, Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Urdu, I.C.T, and RE. Kaif then attended Loreto College from 2008 to 2010, earning A levels in Business Studies, Economics, Accounting, and Modern History Europe [1890-1991]. After that, Kaif enrolled at The University of Salford from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their BSc degree in Business with Economics.
In addition to their formal education, Kaif has obtained several certifications. In January 2020, they became a Certified Fire Marshall (FM) after completing training at Chris Garland Training. In October 2014, Kaif achieved a certification in Contact Centre Operations (QCF) from Pearson, and in March 2014, they obtained a Customer Service Skills (QCF) certification from Ofqual.
