Brad Sheen has over 10 years of experience in sales, customer service, and management. Brad began their career in 2005 as a Supervisor at Net Marketing Alliance, where they managed weekly staffing, team reports, and oversaw monthly training for their team. In 2008, they moved to Sound Concepts as an Agent, taking inbound phone calls to assist customers in placing orders over the phone and assisting the warehouse in shipping product. In 2009, they became a Supervisor at Pinnacle Security, where they provided weekly evaluations and month ends to each team member and managed staffing and team reports. In 2013, they joined Protection 1 Security Solutions as a Customer Support Manager and Supervisor, where they motivated and developed each team member to achieve department goals and expectations, provided weekly evaluations to each team member, and managed staffing and team reports. In 2016, they moved to ADT as a Unit Manager Orem Customer Service. Finally, in 2017, they joined MyEducator as an Inside Sales Director.
Brad Sheen began their educational journey at Mountain View High School, where they earned their diploma in General Studies in 2002. Brad then went on to attend Utah Valley University, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations in 2017. Currently, Brad is attending BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
