Aastha Aeir has worked for a variety of companies since 2016. Aastha began their career as an Intern at Defense Research and Development Laboratory, DIBER. In 2017, they worked as a Project Intern at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. In 2018, they were an Industrial Trainee at Dukes Products LTD, where they conducted quantification and quality analysis of food products. In 2019, they were a Graduate Student Research Assistant-Crop Genome Editing Laboratory at Texas A&M University, where they organized the laboratory, gained hands-on experience in PCR, and assisted Ph.D. students. In 2020, they were a Research Trainee at MD Anderson Cancer Center. In 2021, they were a Research Associate II at GreenLight Biosciences, Inc. and currently holds the role of Senior Research Associate at Myeloid Therapeutics.
