Tina Glyptis has over 20 years of experience in research. Tina began their career at Massachusetts General Hospital as a Research Associate in 1997. Tina then worked as a Research Associate (Contractor for Manpower) at Pfizer in 2004 and as a Research Associate (Contractor for Lab Pros) at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research in 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Research Associate at Dyax Corporation, FORMA Therapeutics, Syros Pharmaceuticals, and Moderna Therapeutics. Tina then joined Sigilon Therapeutics, Inc. in 2018 as a Senior Associate Scientist, and most recently joined Myeloid Therapeutics in 2021 as a Senior Research Associate. During their time at Takeda Oncology, they optimized and validated in vitro ADMET assays for the Molecular Investigative Toxicology group and generated transport inhibition, Caco-2 absorption, safety pharmacology, mutagenicity, and toxicity data for the Oncology, Cardiovascular, Inflammation, and Metabolism project teams.
Tina Glyptis obtained a Certificate in Biotechnology from Boston University between 1994 and 1996. Tina then obtained a BA in English Language and Literature/Letters from Salem State University between 1986 and 1989. Lastly, they attended Framingham State University between 1981 and 1984, but did not obtain a degree.
