Carly Ward

Carly Ward is a Talent Acquisition Partner at Myers-Holum. Prior to their current position, Carly was a Technical Recruiter at SkillStorm from July 2019 to November 2020.

SkillStorm is a company that specializes in providing services on the leading edge of technology. They were founded in 2002 and are a certified MBE (Minority-owned Business Enterprise). Carly's role as a Technical Recruiter was to help build and deploy IT teams with the critical skills that their clients needed, either at client work-sites or in one of SkillStorm's North American based delivery centers.

SkillStorm's purpose as an organization is to "Accelerate Opportunity!" In pursuit of this purpose, they have won over 200 awards since inception, including numerous recognitions for company growth and "Best Places to Work."

Carly Ward studied criminal justice at East Carolina University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.

Their manager is Ashley Caruso-Swanson, Director, Global Talent. They are on a team with Jillian Caruso - Talent Acquisition Partner, Torey Weldy - Talent Acquisition Partner, and Kacie Atchinson - Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
