Lee Heronema

Lee Heronema has over 30 years of work experience. Lee is currently the Sr. Director of Commercial Excellence and Pricing at Myers Industries since September 2021. Previously, from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Product and Pricing CoE Leader at Eastman. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of Blockhead Motors, DBA, from 2013 to 2019. Lee also worked at Dow, where they held multiple roles including Commercial Leader, Olympic and Sports Marketing Solutions from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were the Global Improvement/Innovation Center of Excellence Leader from 2014 to 2017 and the Marketing Manager/Commercial Excellence Manager from 2008 to 2014. Lee also worked as a Pricing/Rebate SME from 2005 to 2008 at Dow. Additionally, they have experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Dow from 2002 to 2005. Prior to their time at Dow, they gained relevant marketing and sales experience from 1999 to 2001. Lee began their career in the U.S. Navy, serving from 1989 to 1997.

Lee Heronema obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Park University from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Central Michigan University between 2002 and 2004.
