Tara Sztykiel, MA-HRIR, ACC, PHR, has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Tara is currently the Human Resources Director at Myers Industries, where they lead the HR team for the Rotational Molding / Thermoforming Platform. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director & Global Talent Lead at Uniform Color, where they were responsible for leading the HR department and driving the HR agenda for the company across the US, Mexico, and Slovakia.

Before that, Tara gained valuable experience at Whirlpool Corporation, where they served as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions, overseeing the people strategy for Global Information Systems. Tara also held roles as a Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, supporting Supply Chain & Quality and Manufacturing & Quality respectively.

Tara's career started with an HR internship at Lockheed Martin where they gained early exposure to the field. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving strategic HR initiatives.

Tara Sztykiel has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Tara obtained their MA degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Central Missouri from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Psychology with a focus on Business Administration.

In addition to their academic achievements, Tara Sztykiel has also obtained certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications.
