Joseph Barker

Joseph Barker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and customer retention. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Freebird since February 2022, Barker has held multiple leadership positions including Director of Business Operations & Retention Marketing and Director of Business Operations. Prior to Freebird, Barker was the Director of Retention at Alpha Lion and co-founded the consulting firm Doing Less, Better, which focused on supporting small businesses. Additional roles include Head of Marketing for the HCP Channel at Ancient Nutrition, Director of Retention at Dr. Axe - Food Is Medicine, and Head of Support at Dave Ramsey, where Barker led customer service initiatives for the EveryDollar.com platform. As the Owner/Operator of Expedite STL, LLC, Barker successfully grew the business to $250,000 in revenue within two years. Joseph Barker holds a Bachelor's of Science in Liberal Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
