Chief Operations Officer at Generations Bank

Alana G. has extensive work experience, starting in 2000 at Generations Bank. Alana began their career as a Teller, CSR, and HR Assistant, and later transitioned into the role of Human Resources Specialist. In 2021, they became the VP/Deposit Application Project Manager, and then moved up to the position of VP/Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Operations Officer at Generations Bank. In 2004, Alana also worked at Home Depot as a Bookkeeper, where they were responsible for overseeing the employee time clock, preparing and submitting time and attendance records, and maintaining office equipment.

Alana G. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech University between 2005 and 2008. Alana is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, which they expect to complete between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, Alana has obtained several certifications from SHRM, including the Employing Abilities At Work, Getting Talent Back to Work, SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Veterans At Work Certificates.
