Richard Butler

Richard Butler has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Richard is currently the Chief Executive Officer at MyGov, where they focus on scaling and transforming the business. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, where they operated cloud-based software platforms for employee benefits administration. Before that, Richard served as the Vice President of Software Development at MTS | Marketing Technology Solutions, leading the development of marketing software solutions. Richard also worked as the Senior Director for Technology and Programs at Epsilon, where they led teams in building marketing technology and data projects for major brands. Additionally, Richard served as the Director of Software Development at Assess Systems, overseeing the development of talent analytics and selection software solutions.

Richard Butler earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Richard has also obtained several certifications throughout their career.
