Lior Greenberg

Lior Greenberg has a background in various roles related to data science, web development, and GIS programming. In 2011, Lior started working at Israel Defense Forces as a C++/Qt Developer and later transitioned to become a GIS Programmer. Lior then became the GIS Team Leader before leaving the company in 2016. In 2016, Lior joined MyHeritage as a Frontend Web Developer and eventually became a Frontend Tech Lead. From 2018 to 2019, Lior held the role of Senior Web Tech Lead before taking on the position of Full Stack Data Scientist from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Lior is serving as the Data Science Lead at MyHeritage.

Lior Greenberg completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies from 2013 to 2015. Lior then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, Lior attended Makif Omer High School from 2004 to 2010, where they focused on Computer Science.
