Justin Dyck has extensive experience in operations support, technical writing, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Support and Technical Writer at myKaarma since July 2019, Justin focuses on enhancing customer support and process efficiency while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. As the Owner of Jack Justo Designs, Justin creates and sells custom design items through Etsy. Previous roles include teaching assistant positions at Toronto Metropolitan University, event staff for major conferences, and various roles in customer service and technical support.
