Ursula Hessenflow-Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to present. In 2005, they were a founding member and Director of Operations + Client Services at Seso Media Group. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Advisor and Executive Vice President of Operations + Client Services at Channel Factory, where they worked with over 800 Fortune 500 brands and major agencies, delivered 600M+ YouTube views on 5,000+ campaigns, and grew the company to over 30 employees. In 2013, they were an Advisor in Marketing at Next Gen Capital Markets, Inc., where they focused on the private capital markets for funding solutions ranging from $1M-$100M. Ursula was also a Co-Founder of myLAB Box, a personal lab in a box, and a Board Member + Trustee at USC IncubatriX, an incubator and co-working space bringing together alumni to mentor and invest in innovative start-ups emerging from the USC community.

Ursula Hessenflow-Cruz began their education in 1991 at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, where they studied Visual Arts. Ursula then attended the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration.
