Matthew Dercher has a diverse work experience that spans over 10 years. In 2020, they began working at Mylo, a Lockton Company, as Senior Sales Agent - Restaurants and Retail Desk Lead and Commercial Sales Agent, as well as a Sales Intern. In 2018, they worked as a Host at Gaslight Grill, where they developed strategic and effective strategies to insure maximum efficiency for guest service and maintained professional communication with customers. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at The Country Club at Loch Lloyd, engaging a wide range of club members and building personal relationships. Finally, in 2010, they established a lawn care business as a Business Entrepreneur, providing services such as mowing, edging, and clean up.

Matthew Dercher attended Blue Valley High School from 2013 to 2017, graduating with a High School Diploma. Matthew then went on to pursue a degree at Kansas State University from 2017 to 2021.
