Rachel Marz

Rachel Marz, MSOL has over a decade of experience in human resources and administrative roles. Rachel started their career in 2011 as a Volunteer at Denver Health and eventually took on various HR roles at companies such as ESM, Level 3 Communications, and HSS. Rachel has worked at prestigious companies like Capital One, Ball Aerospace, and Amazon, where they held roles ranging from Administrative Assistant to Human Resources Director. Rachel'smost recent position is as a Human Resources Director at Mynaric, where they continue to excel in the HR field.

Rachel Marz obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science with a focus on Sociology and Early Childhood Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2010. Rachel then went on to earn their Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a Certification in HR management from Regis University in 2015.
