Dave Rawlins

Dave Rawlins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as COO at Mynd Immersive since January 2023, Rawlins oversees a leading VR-based digital therapeutics platform catering to the aging population. As the founder and general partner of HWS Capital, established in August 2022, Rawlins focuses on venture capital in digital health and sustainability. Prior to these roles, positions included Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at MedAvail Technologies Inc., as well as Managing Director at Redmile Group and Morgan Stanley. Educational credentials encompass a Master's degree from the University of Oxford and completion of the Emerging CFO program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
