Ibu Meitei is an experienced professional in the field of service delivery and human capital management solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since March 2024, Ibu previously co-founded HONO in January 2016, where roles included Global Head of Service and Global Vice President of HONO Services until August 2024. Ibu's expertise lies in enhancing employee experience and engagement, empowering HR through actionable insights to improve the employee life cycle. Prior to HONO, Ibu held the position of GM Operations at Mynd Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from December 2008 to December 2015.
