María Eugenia Minvielle has a diverse and extensive work experience. María Eugenia is currently working at TaskHuman as a Leadership & Career Coach since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Practitioner Coach at MYNDUP starting in July 2022. María Eugenia also had roles as a Coach at Modern Health starting in March 2022 and as an Expert Coach at GrowthSpace starting in March 2022.

María Eugenia Minvielle's education history is as follows:

María Eugenia Minvielle obtained their degree in English translation from the Universidad del Salvador in 1991. María Eugenia later pursued a Proficiency in Business English & Humanities at the University of Detroit Mercy in 1994.

In 2000, María Eugenia Minvielle received an HR Generalist Certification from SHRM - Society for Human Resources Management, focusing on human resources management and personnel administration.

María Eugenia attended the Escuela Psicoanalitica de Psicologia Social from 2001 to 2004, specializing in group work diagnosis and individual coaching as a Social Psychologist.

In 2004, María Eugenia Minvielle completed the DERH - DIRECCION ESTRATEGICA DE RRHH program at IAE Business School, specializing in strategic HR management. María Eugenia also completed the Executive Program in HR at IAE Business School in 2005, focusing on the development of human resources.

María Eugenia Minvielle pursued various coaching certifications as well. María Eugenia attended Axon Training in 2016, completing the Coach Ontologico Profesional program. María Eugenia also completed a Programacion Neuro Linguistica course in the same year.

In 2018, they became a facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD after attending a program by LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD - jugando en serio con LEGO®. María Eugenia Minvielle also received a Certification in Facilitating and Designing Workshops w/ LegoSeriousPlay Methodology in the same year.

María Eugenia further enhanced their coaching skills by completing an ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2021. María Eugenia also obtained the ICF Member Badge in the same year.
