Baoguo Wei

Baoguo Wei is a seasoned professional in engineering and technology with significant experience in leadership roles across various companies. Wei currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Myolex Inc., focusing on developing devices for muscle condition assessment. As the Founder of Phoinix Technologies Inc., Wei launched Blink'r, and has been an organizer for IoT Meetup since 2016, fostering innovation among IoT enthusiasts. Wei previously co-founded and held the position of COO at OmniAegis Health, enhancing transit and chronic care through big data analytics. As CEO and Founder of Wellgoal, Wei directed daily operations and technology development. Earlier experience includes a pivotal role at AgaMatrix, contributing to the development of the first iPhone-connected medical device and leading engineering efforts that resulted in numerous FDA cleared products and patents. Wei's foundational experience began at Arichell Technologies, managing projects in embedded systems. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Science in Geophysics from Michigan Technological University.
