Michael Mashaal

Michael Mashaal is a Senior Managing Director at Healthcare Venture Partners since January 2020 and at HealthCor Partners Management, L.P. since 2008. In addition to these roles, Michael serves as a Board Member at MyOme and as a Board Observer at Paige and Heartflow, Inc. Michael co-founded Generatebio in January 2018 and has been the Chairperson of the Board at KellBenx since August 2013. Michael held board member positions at Paradigm Spine, LLC and ReShape Lifesciences Inc. and was a board member for Corindus Vascular Robotics until February 2017. Michael earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Stony Brook University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine between 1994 and 1998 and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Emory University from 1990 to 1994.
