Jennifer Keyser

Jennifer Keyser has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jennifer started their career as an Assistant Head Teller at Commerce Bank in 2003, where they performed teller functions and supervised teller staff. In 2007, they became a Paralegal at Kane, Pugh, Knoell, Troy & Kramer, LLP. After that, they joined Cigna Corporation in 2008 as a Paralegal, responsible for various corporate governance tasks such as board meeting facilitation and statutory filings.

From 2011 to 2017, Jennifer worked as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at ResCap Liquidating Trust (GMAC Mortgage), where they managed governance matters for multiple debtor entities and maintained corporate records. In 2018, they became a Senior Paralegal at Ditech Financial LLC, supporting the transaction team in contract review and compliance.

Most recently, Jennifer is a Senior Paralegal and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Trevena, Inc. since 2019. Jennifer'sprimary responsibilities include preparing SEC filings, managing corporate policies, administering contracts, and providing due diligence assistance.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in corporate governance and legal support, with a focus on compliance and transactional matters.

Jennifer Keyser earned a High School Diploma in General studies from Kennedy Kenrick Catholic High School from 1998 to 2002. Jennifer then obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, Jennifer attended Villanova University and completed a Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2008.
