Wilson Mefford

Wilson Mefford is a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in product design and development. Currently at Saturday Robotics since March 2020, Wilson manages complex engineering projects while also serving as the owner of Mefford Design since October 2017, where innovative ideas are transformed into market-ready products. Notable achievements include the design of a one-handed bottle opener, with sales exceeding 40,000 units, and the ongoing development of a proprietary material aimed at preventing concussions in sports. Previous roles include Design Engineer at UPPAbaby, Product Design Engineer at RightHand Robotics, and various internships with companies such as Continuum, Boston Engineering, and iRobot. Wilson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 2015.
