Sergey Slipenchuk

Sergey Slipenchuk is currently the CEO at Myota. Sergey has previously served as CFO for ARDS Octagon Research Solutions Unit at Accenture LLC and as Vice President of Finance at Fiberlink.

Sergey has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Sergey's experience includes day-to-day management of accounting and finance staff, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, GAAP and IRS tax rules review and implementation, MIS review and implementation, merger and acquisition transactions modeling, financing, negotiations and implementation, bank and venture capital funding activity, risk management and insurance loss recovery support, restructuring management, and litigation support.

Sergey has also been a member of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors for Fiberlink International Corporation and Fiberlink Japan Ltd. In addition, they have served as a trustee of the Fiberlink 401K Pension Plan.

Sergey Slipenchuk has an MBA from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Temple University.
