Jessica Spigner

As Ilume Health’s Director of Population Health, Jessica leverages technology to expand access to evidence-based health education and chronic disease prevention programs. Prior to joining Ilume Health, Jessica worked as a Clinical Psychology Fellow with a specialization in Public Health Policy, Trauma-Informed Interventions, and Data Analytics. She also worked as an American Psychological Association Health Policy Doctoral Fellow for the Substance Use and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), where she reported on the dissemination and sustainability of federal grant funded national programs.

Jessica has a B.S. in Psychology from Stanford University and a M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Florida’s Clinical and Health Psychology program. Jessica completed her post- doctoral residency at the Kovler Center, Heartland Alliance International.
