John Simianer

John Simianer is a seasoned architecture and engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently, John serves as the Manager of Architecture and Engineering at Paradigm since January 2022, while also being the Principal Architect and owner of Hive Design Group since December 2019. Previous positions include Whole-House Designer at BMC - Building Materials and Construction Solutions from January 2020 to August 2023, and Architectural Project Manager at JZW Architects from June 2017 to December 2019. John commenced an architecture career as an Architect in Training at Gavin.Hanks Architects in early 2017 and has a solid foundation in design and engineering from earlier positions, including Truss Designer at BMC West from 2003 to 2010. John holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from Montana State University-Bozeman.
