Shruthi Kumar

Shruthi Kumar is an experienced professional in the field of software quality assurance and agile project management, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Paradigm since October 2021. Prior to this role, Shruthi held the position of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at KATERRA from February 2020 to October 2021 and worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at CognitiveClouds from November 2015 to February 2020. Earlier in the career, Shruthi gained experience as a Software Test Engineer at IBM for a brief period and as a Technical Support Engineer at HP. Shruthi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from B N M Institute of Technology, Bangalore, completed in 2012, and has a foundational education from Carmel Convent High School, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2006.
