Brooke Hammes

Brooke Hammes is a skilled therapist currently employed at MyPath Careers since June 2019. With prior experience as an MSW intern at Saint Vincent Stress Center and a youth service specialist at Transitions Academy, Brooke has developed a strong foundation in social work. Additional roles include intern positions at both Heartland Hospice and Hemophilia of Indiana, alongside experience in media creation and technical support at Faith Presbyterian Church.
