Lionell Garcia

Lionell Garcia, PHRca, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of People Partner at myPlace Health, which focuses on improving health outcomes for vulnerable older adults and frail seniors. Previously, Lionell held various roles, including Director of People and Culture at the National Health Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Additional experience includes payroll management at Penske Truck Leasing, project assistance at Gary Ward Construction, and a mentorship role at the Fulfillment Fund. Lionell began a career at JPMorgan Chase as a Teller, responsible for cash controls and employee training. Lionell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
