Anne Duso

Anne Duso is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager at MyPoint Credit Union since August 2020. In this role, Anne leads change management initiatives, directs training activities, and collaborates with leadership to enhance cultural growth. Previous experience includes positions as an Organizational Development & Training Specialist at MyPoint Credit Union, Learning and Development Coordinator at Helix Electric, and Training and Development Intern at General Atomics, among others. Anne holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Glasgow, a BA in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University, and has completed a course in International Relations at the University of Oxford.
