Adam Russell

Adam Russell, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Adam started their career as an intern at 101 WRIF - Greater Media Detroit in 2000. Adam then worked as an Accounting Assistant at WSMH Fox 66 - Sinclair Broadcast Group before becoming an Accountant at Origen Financial. In 2008, Adam joined BDO Seidman, LLP as a Senior Assurance Associate. Adam then transitioned to the role of Assistant Controller at Diversified Restaurant Holdings in 2011. Adam's career progressed as they took on roles such as SEC Accounting Manager at Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust, Inc., Internal Reporting Manager at Retail Properties of America, Inc., and Financial Reporting Manager at FTD. Currently, they are the Director of External Reporting & Technical Accounting at MYR Group, where they previously served as the Manager of SEC Reporting and Stock Compensation. Adam's vast experience in financial reporting and accounting positions him as a highly knowledgeable and skilled CPA.

Adam Russell, CPA earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Walsh College from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Accounting from Oakland Community College between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Trade Certificate in Television Broadcasting from Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts from 2000 to 2001.
