Nikali Jones

Nikali Jones has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Nikali began their career as the General Manager of Students of Georgetown, Inc., where they helped to run Vital Vittles, the grocery store on campus. From 2008 to 2014, they were the General Manager of Hillstone Restaurant Group. During this time, they also completed an MBA Internship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2014 and an MBA Internship with Wandering Bear Coffee Co. in 2013. In 2015, they joined Red Rabbit, LLC, where they have held the positions of President of Fresh Delivery, VP of Operations, and Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, they are responsible for managing a team of over 70 employees who prepare, pack, and deliver over 25,000 meals to 150 school programs throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens, as well as maintaining excellent customer service and improving partnerships with schools.

Nikali Jones attended Columbia Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management and Operations. Prior to that, they attended Georgetown University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management and Marketing.
