Peter Vafeas has worked in the hospitality industry since 2009. Peter began their career at Capitale & Espace as a Catering Manager in 2009. Peter then moved to The Manhattan Center in 2010, where they held the roles of Senior Event Manager and Event Manager until 2021. In 2021, they became a Hospitality Manager at Delaware North. Currently, they are a District Manager at Red Rabbit, LLC.
Peter Vafeas began their educational career in 1996 when they attended The Culinary Institute of America, where they earned an A.O.S in Culinary Arts. After that, they went on to attend LIU Post, where they earned a B.S. in Management.
